Board of Trustees

The Homes are managed by a Board of Trustees
who serve on a voluntary basis,
all having close associations with the Chelmsford area.
Two act as Visitor Trustees,
 maintaining regular contact with the Residents

Estate management

Day-to-day management of the estate is by the Clerk to the Trustees, assisted by the Warden, Caretaker/Gardener and Assistant Gardener during their normal working hours
